WHAT BORDALAS SAID
Getafe have been left frustrated by broken promises from La Liga, with rules drawn up that are supposed to see top-flight fixtures suspended. Club boss Jose Bordalas has told of a lack of decisive action in Spain: “They have sung ‘Greenwood die’ and the protocol says that when it happens a second time, the game has to be stopped and the players have to go to the locker room. I have read it. And the referee has not done it. If they are the first to not comply with the protocols, it will never stop.”
